Our story

Uniform that earns its place in the wardrobe

Crown & Crest was founded on a simple frustration: school uniform that looked smart in September and tired by half term. We set out to make the opposite.

How we make it

Twelve years of refining one wardrobe

Every garment starts with a school’s requirements and ends with a fit test on real children. Between those two points sit pattern grading, fabric trials and wash testing to 50 cycles.

We keep core sizes in stock year-round because growth spurts do not wait for the summer holidays, and we hold back stock specifically for mid-term replacements.

What we stand for

Four things we will not compromise on

01

Built to be worn hard

Reinforced seams, taped stress points and fabrics chosen for playground reality, not showroom photos.

02

Fair, transparent pricing

Uniform is compulsory, so it should never be a luxury. We price for the whole school year.

03

Made responsibly

Recycled polyester blends, long-life construction and packaging that can go straight in the recycling.

04

Partnered with schools

Colour matching, crest embroidery and approved lists agreed directly with each school we work with.
